The short version

The tools on UtilOwl work on your device and send nothing anywhere. There are no accounts, no cookies from this site, and no server-side storage. Three cookie-free analytics services count page views. That is the whole story; the rest of this page is the detail.

What stays on your device

Everything you put into a tool stays in your browser tab. Text you type, files you open, recordings you make, camera and microphone streams: all of it is processed in the tab and dropped when you close it. Files a tool generates, like PDFs, icons, or worksheets, are built by your browser from your own input. No tool uploads your data, and no copy of it exists on our side.

What this site does not have

Analytics

The site runs three analytics counters: Ahrefs Web Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Google Analytics. All three are cookie-free; the Google tag is configured with client storage turned off, so it sets no cookie and cannot recognize your browser on a later visit. They see page-level facts: which pages were viewed, the referring site, a coarse country, and the browser and device class. They cannot see what you type into a tool, because tool input never leaves your tab.

Like any website, our host processes standard request data such as your IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and stop abuse. That data is not used to profile you or to advertise.

Advertising

No ad network loads on the site today. If that ever changes, ads will load through Google AdSense, and Google may then use cookies subject to its own policies. This page will be updated before any of that goes live.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. Since the tools keep all input on your device, there is no collection of anyone's data to worry about, from children or adults.

Changes and questions

Updates to this policy get posted on this page with a new date above. If you have a privacy question, emailsupport@utilowl.com. Because nothing is stored server-side, there is normally nothing to export or delete on request, but if you believe otherwise, write and it will be sorted out.
